Aiken  Yoga

I have been practicing with Aiken Yoga for about seven years now. I love coming to the studio. Many of the yogis have developed into my friends. I feel welcome and at home every time I walk through the front door of this close-knit community. I feel excited being able to practice with such a dedicated set of teachers and friends who challenge me to give myself what I need and be more today than I was yesterday, both on and off the mat.
